The flywheel
Winners are paid in karts, not new supply
There will only ever be 3,000 RH Grand Prix racers. That is a constant in a contract that is already deployed, so no race can mint one. A kart handed to a winner has to be bought back off the open market first, which means the prize pool is exactly as deep as the buybacks behind it.

Revenue
Mint proceeds and the 5% royalty on every resale collect in the treasury wallet.
Buyback
That money buys karts off the floor. Every purchase is logged below with its transaction.
Prize pool
Bought karts go into the race treasury, where they are the only thing a winner can receive.
Won
First place claims one. Nothing is minted for it, so the 3,000 never grows.
The loop closes because supply cannot grow. A cap that is a compile-time constant on a deployed contract is the reason a prize has to be bought before it can be won.
How you win one
Finish first
Win a Grand Prix, single player or multiplayer. Time trials score points but do not pay a kart.
The run is replayed
Race control re-simulates your inputs from the seed before it signs anything. A time that cannot be reproduced is not a win.
You claim it
Race control signs a voucher and you send the transaction yourself. The site never holds your kart.
One kart per wallet per six hours. The pool is finite and bought with real money, so without a gap the first scripted player would empty it before anyone else finished a race.
Buyback ledger
See the collection on OpenSeaEvery kart the treasury holds and what was paid for it. The hashes are links; check them rather than take our word for it.
No buybacks yet. The first ones happen once the collection is trading and royalties have somewhere to come from. This table is written by the buyback script, so it fills in on its own.
